Service Reminder Templates

When an invoice is saved, reminders are auto-created for line items whose description matches a template name (case-insensitive).
Rolling: one reminder at a time; resets from the date it was marked done.
Fixed: all steps created upfront; if a step is done early, the next step shifts from that date.
